Our strategies to support the mission in human resource area are by acquiring and developing talents in the management trainee program for fresh graduates, The Complete Banker (TCB) Program.
The Complete Banker (TCB) program is a management trainee program that grooms young talented and driven individuals to become CIMB Niaga’s future leaders. This highly structured with a 24-months program provide complete range of banking knowledge and skills by inculcating the right mental attitude and leadership qualities in preparation for the future banking landscape of ASEAN. The broad exposure that gain in the program will help the trainees build the skills that set required of a top-class banker.
Start from 2010, this program has been rolled out 16 batches (2 batches per year) and this program open to diverse talented candidates not only from local Indonesia Universities but also Indonesia overseas graduates. This year we are open 2 batches that planned to conduct in end of May and September.
